Lehigh Valley mom seeks justice for murder of child

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Lehigh Valley mother is seeking justice for the murder of her child while the family was on vacation in Puerto Rico.

Tanya Rivera of Allentown was vacationing with her children in Maricao, Puerto Rico.

Her 3-year-old daughter was killed there.

Rivera's boyfriend, Jose Perez Santos, is charged with causing the child's fatal injuries.

Rivera and her family have decided to stay in Puerto Rico until they can testify against Santos in court.

A hearing for Santos is scheduled for November 3rd.
