Lightning may have been the blame for a two alarm condo fire in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

MT. LAUREL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Lightning may have been the blame for a two alarm condo fire in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

The flames broke out around 8:30 Friday night in the 4300 block of Tarnbrook Drive.

Authorities say the fire started in the roof of the two story condo. A second alarm was soon struck.

There was a thunderstorm at the time and officials are trying to determine whether a lightning strike started the blaze.

No one was injured and the fire was brought under control by 9:45 p.m.

The fire is under investigation.
