Teen shot in the head in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating the shooting of a teen in Wilmington, Delaware late Monday night.

The shooting happened around 11 p.m. on the 1000 block of Clifford Brown Walk.

The 16-year-old victim was shot in the head. He was treated at the scene then taken to the A.I. duPont hospital.

He is listed in critical but stable condition.

Police are looking for the shooter and a motive.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call police.
