JACKSON, N.J. (WPVI) -- A New York man is facing charges in a case involving the alleged sexual contact of a 13-year-old girl at Six Flags Great Adventure.

Police are charging Ronnie U. Lacy, 21, of Manhattan with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.

On the afternoon of Aug. 30, witnesses said Lacy committed a sexual act while standing in line behind the victim for Batman: The Ride.

Following an investigation, Lacy was arrested and charged the night of the alleged incident.

Ocean County Superior Court Judge Wendel Daniels set bail at $100,000 no 10% and imposed Nicole's Law, ordering no contact with the victim.

Lacy has been lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of bail.
