Man shot and killed in Port Richmond

PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- A man was shot to death in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia.

It happened at Stouton and Atlantic Streets at 10:45 p.m. Sunday.

Police arrived to find the victim, a man between 25 and 35 years old, outside a vacant house.

He had been shot in the arm, and the bullet passed into his chest.

He was rushed to an area hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead about half an hour later.

So far no word on suspects or a motive.
