Man found shot to death inside car in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death inside a car in Chester, Delaware County.

It happened around 7 p.m. Monday near the intersection of 3rd and Kerlin streets.

There police found a man shot several times inside of a parked car.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made at this time.
