Man found stabbed in Wilmington

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Wilmington police are investigating a stabbing that sent a man to the hospital.

The incident happened in the 200 block of North Franklin Street around 4:40 p.m. Wednesday.

The victim was located in the area of 3rd and Harrison streets after residents called to report a man walking down the street bleeding.

The victim was transported to a local hospital.

No further information has been released.
