Man held on $750K after third DUI arrest in 3 months

EXTON, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Chester County man was back in court Monday morning to face his third set of DUI charges.

Only Action News was there at today's hearing for Dharmesh Vaswani. He's been awaiting the court date, behind bars, since wrecking his car in October.

A judge decided the Downingtown man was a danger to the public, and set bail at $750,000 cash.

Last month's wreck is Vaswani's third pending drunk driving case in the county within the past three months.
