Man hospitalized after being shot 6 times in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a shooting that left one man injured in North Philadelphia Monday morning.

The shooting occurred around 10:21 a.m. in the 2900 block of N. Lawrence Street.

That's where police say 19-year-old Hispanic male was shot six times in the lower part of his body.

The victim was transported to Temple University Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

Police are continuing to investigate, but so far no arrest have been made.
