Suspect in custody after man killed in Feltonville shooting

FELTONVILLE (WPVI) -- Police say one person is in custody after a shooting that left a man dead in the city's Feltonville section.

It happened around 9:25 p.m. Thursday in the 4500 block of North Orianna Street.

Police say someone opened fire on the street, striking a 20-year-old man once in the head.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

One person was taken into custody.

No weapon has been recovered, police say, and no word on a motive.
