Police ID man killed in hit-and-run on the Schuylkill Expressway

FAIRMOUNT PARK (WPVI) -- One person is dead after a hit-and-run incident on the Schuylkill Expressway in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park.

Thirty-year-old Sean Patrick Granger of Douglassville was struck on the eastbound side of the highway at the Montgomery Drive off ramp around 10:30 Saturday night.

Police say the driver left the scene and say the striking vehicle is a late model, dark colored Nissan with damage to the front passenger side and the windshield.
