Man shot 4 times in the head in West Oak Lane

WEST OAK LANE (WPVI) -- Authorities say a man was found dead after he was shot multiple times in the head in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane section.

It happened around 9:00 p.m. in the 7000 block of Forrest Avenue.

Police found the victim, a man in his 20s, shot five times. He suffered four gunshot wounds to the head and one to the back.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No word on a motive or any possible suspects.

Police are investigating.
