Man shot, critically wounded in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say a 20-year old man was shot several times in North Philadelphia early Monday.

It happened after 1:30 a.m. Monday on Somerset Street near 24th street.

The victim was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.

A full investigation is underway.
