Man shot dead in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 34-year-old man was shot dead in North Philadelphia Thursday evening.

Chopper 6 was over the scene around 6:15 p.m. on the 1300 block of West Seltzer Street.

The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

There was no immediate word on a motive or suspect in the shooting.
