Man shot in the stomach in South Jersey

LINDENWOLD, N.J. (WPVI) -- A man was shot twice in the stomach in Lindenwold, New Jersey early Saturday morning.

The shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the Woodland Village Apartments on the 400 block of United States Avenue.

The victim in his 20s was found collapsed on the ground outside the apartments.

He was taken by ambulance to Cooper University Hospital to undergo surgery.

He is listed in critical condition.

Police are looking for the shooter, and trying to figure out the motive.
