Man shot to death outside North Philadelphia bar

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are trying to track down the person who shot and killed a man outside a North Philadelphia bar.

It happened shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday outside the J&S Seafood Bar and Hookah Lounge at Germantown Avenue and Cumberland Street.

Police say the 22-year-old victim was shot repeatedly while standing in front of the bar.

Friends took the victim to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police are investigating a motive.
