Man shot twice in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say a 19-year-old man was shot twice in North Philadelphia early Thursday morning.

The shooting occurred just before 2:00 a.m. on the 2400 block of North 4th Street.

The victim was shot in the stomach and back.

He was rushed to Temple University Hospital and is listed in critical condition.

Police found 12 shell casings at the scene.

So far, there are no arrests or word on a motive.
