Man stabbed several times in South Philadelphia

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say a 34-year-old man was stabbed several times in South Philadelphia early Friday morning.

The stabbing happened around 3:30 a.m. on the 2100 block of Taney Terrace in the Tasker Homes section.

A suspect was taken into custody and is being questioned by the police.

The victim is in stable condition.
