Man struck, killed in Camden accident

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- A pedestrian is dead after he was struck by a vehicle in Camden.

It happened around 9:00 p.m. Saturday at Westfield and Rosedale avenues.

Police say the victim, a man in his 50, was struck. He was taken to Cooper University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the vehicle did stop at the scene.

Police are investigating.
