Man's body found in Kensington

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating the discovery of a man's body in Kensington.

The call came in at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday.

Officers arrived in the 1900 block of Sterner Street and found the body.

The African American man, believed to be in his late 20s or early 30s, had been shot in the head.

Investigators were working to determine the man's identity.
