MILLSBORO (WPVI) -- A Millsboro man has been arrested after authorities say he was caught driving drunk for the sixth time.

Delaware State Police said in a new release that 52-year-old Gary L. Levis was arrested Wednesday night and charged with 6th offense driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while suspended or revoked, possession of marijuana, among other charges.

Authorities say a trooper noticed Levis driving without a headlight on in Dagsboro and conducted a traffic stop.

During the stop, police say the trooper smelled marijuana and alcohol coming from Levis, prompting a DUI investigation.

Authorities say they found several grams of marijuana and 16 Oxycodone pills inside Levis' vehicle.

Records show that Levis had five previous DUI convictions, dating back to 1994.

It isn't clear if Levis has an attorney.
