VIDEO: 'Nightmare nanny' agrees to move out
It appears a California family's nanny nightmare may soon be at an end.

UPLAND, Calif. (WPVI) -- A California family's nanny nightmare may be nearing an end.

The Bracamonte family fired Diane Stretton three weeks ago, but she refused to leave their home.

Now it appears the nanny is ready to throw in the towel.

The 64-year-old Stretton has offered to move out, but under her own conditions.

According to her lawyer, she says she could be out by July 4.

But the Bracamontes say that won't work because they plan to be out of town.

It is still unclear if in fact the nanny will leave on her own.

According to KABC-TV, Stretton spent Friday night locked in her car outside a police station for hours Friday night after she thought someone was following her.
