Officers in trouble over rock, paper, scissors game

Cellphone video shot during a festival in Texas led to trouble for three law enforcement officers.

The video appears to show an officer bargaining with a young woman at a country music festival.

Witnesses say she is underage and was drinking.

They say the officer challenged her to get out of a ticket by playing a game of rock, paper, scissors.

She won and was not cited.

The three officers are banned from working the festival again.
