A zoo in New Mexico might change its policy on roaming peacocks because one clawed a toddler in the face.

A zoo in New Mexico might change its policy on roaming peacocks because one clawed a toddler in the face.

The boy's father says his son was simply posing for a picture and got too close.

Zoo officials say the male peacock was easily agitated because this is mating season.

The zoo gave the boy first aid treatment.

There are warning signs posted because the peacocks have injured people in the past.

The zoo may prevent the birds from roaming free in the future.
