Pedestrian struck and stabbed in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA -- Police say a pedestrian was struck by a car and then stabbed in West Philadelphia Saturday morning.
The incident happened just after 9:30 a.m. at 52nd and Girard Avenue.
A man in his 40's suffered a stab wound to the arm and leg.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
So far, there are no arrests or word on a motive.
