Pedestrian struck by two vehicles in fatal hit-and-run in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run Wednesday in Delaware County.

The incident happened shortly before 8 p.m. in the 200 block of East 9th Street in Chester.

Police said a man was struck by two vehicles. One driver stayed at the scene, and the other kept going.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the fleeing vehicle is described as dark in color, possibly a Chevy Impala.
