Philly police search for missing 13-year-old

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 13-year-old girl.

Josephine Seda was last seen at her residence on the 2500 block of Palthorpe Street around 3:00 p.m. Saturday.

Josephine is 5', 100 pounds, with shoulder length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a multicolored shirt and blue jeans.
