NEWARK, Del. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a home invasion robbery in Newark, Delaware.
The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Friday on the unit block of East Cleveland Avenue.
Police say three masked armed men broke into a house to take money and drugs from two University of Delaware students.
The men then pistol whipped one of the students before ransacking the home.
After the robbery the suspects fled the scene on foot with stolen cash.
There were no injuries to the students.
K-9 units were called to the scene to assist in the search for the suspects.
Authorities say the men may still be armed. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
