Man shot, killed outside popular Wilmington restaurant

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police in Wilmington are investigating a deadly shooting.

It happened around 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the downtown area in front of the popular Libby's Restaurant on Tatnall Street.

Someone shot a man in the head.

The victim was treated on the scene by responding medics and taken to Wilmington Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

His identification has not been released pending family notification.

No arrests have been made.
