WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police have arrested a man after he allegedly threw hot coffee on a vendor in West Philadelphia.
It happened shortly after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday morning near the SEPTA station 46th and Market Streets.
Chopper 6 was on the 4400 block of Haverford Avenue after authorities captured the suspect, who they say did not surrender willingly.
Authorities say the suspect struck the vendor with a bottle or cup of coffee during a scuffle and fled on foot.
No officers were hurt during the arrest.
