PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are on the hunt for a man they say chokes and slashes his victims while raping them in Kensington.

Police released surveillance images of the suspect who is believed to have struck again for a fourth and fifth time.

He allegedly held a knife to a rape victim's face on the 3100 block of Stouton last month, and choked another victim on the 2700 block of Ruth Street this past Saturday.

Both survived, as did a woman who told investigators she was attacked by the man in July.

"He said, 'Meet me back here in 5 minutes'. I said 'OK'. When I went to walk away, he grabbed me like this from behind, and choked me until I went out," the victim said.

It was on Jasper Street, just off Kensington Avenue. She says she lost consciousness, but came to.

"He again choked me until I went out. I came to again. He did the same thing. The third time I came to, he punched me and he ran," the victim said.

Rickie Morgan wasn't able to tell her story. She was beaten with a brick and butchered on Cumberland Street in July. Investigators say the suspect often rides a mountain bike.

"He is really nice. Came off really nice, well spoken, educated," the victim said.

All the crimes have occurred in Kensington, and the victims have been prostitutes, putting the women on edge once again.

"Every tall guy I see, I think its him," the victim said.
