Police: Suspect sought for gas station robbery in Montco

Police are asking the public's help in identifying the suspect who allegedly robbed an American Gasoline Station store at gunpoint in Plymouth Township, Pennsylvania.

The incident happened around 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at 1401 East Ridge Pike.

Police say the suspect entered the store and allegedly showed the clerk a gun.

He then ordered the clerk to open the register and step back, according to police.

And, that's when the suspect allegedly took cash from the register and fled on foot into the alley between Fairfield Road and Lucetta Street.

The suspect is described as a black male, wearing a gray and blue hooded sweatshirt under a black and white Jordan jacket.

There were no injuries reported.
