Police: Suspects sought for arson and auto theft in Juniata Park

Three suspects are wanted for arson and theft in Philadelphia.

JUNIATA PARK (WPVI) -- Police are searching for three suspects who were captured on surveillance video, allegedly stealing a 2-door green Honda Accord, and setting another car on fire in Philadelphia's Juniata Park neighborhood.

The incident happened around 2 a.m. on August 14 on the 4000 block of Maywood Street.

The video shows the suspects taking the victim's parked car. Police say a short time later the suspects return to the rear of the victim's residence.

According to police, the suspects then set fire to a second vehicle, a BMW 325XI which was parked in the back.

The suspects are then seen running from the alleyway in an unknown direction.

The BMW received moderate damage from the fire.

There were no injuries or evacuations.

Suspect #1 is described as a Hispanic male, late 20-30 years-of-age, thin build, goatee, multiple tattoos on left arm, and a tattoo on right bicep.

Suspect #2 is described as a Hispanic male, late 20-30 years-of-age, thin build, and a beard.

Suspect #3 is described as a Hispanic male, late 20-30 years-of-age, thin build.
