Police: Teen drug dealer had 1,000 bags of heroin

NEWARK, Del. (WPVI) -- A month-long investigation ended with the arrest of an 18-year-old suspected drug dealer in Newark.

Troy Waller was arrested and a search of his home turned up more than 1,000 bags of heroin, police say.

New Castle County Police were watching Waller all throughout September in the community of Centennial Village.

The drugs seized have a street value of $3,300 dollars.

Waller remains behind bars.
