Purse thieves strike at Plymouth Township supermarket

PLYMOUTH TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Plymouth Township are searching for two men who they say stole a purse from a woman in a supermarket.

Surveillance obtained by Action News shows the two trying to lift a woman's wallet on Saturday afternoon at the Pizzeria Uno restaurant on Ridge Pike.

They weren't able to pull off that crime so investigators say they went to a nearby Weis Market where they managed to steal a purse from a customer.
