READING, Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities say a $12 million blaze in Berks County was no accident.

Investigators believe someone set the four alarm fire that ripped through the old Reading Outlets Complex on the morning of October 18th.

It took firefighters hours to get it under control.

No one was hurt, but the complex was heavily damaged.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
