Remembering the victims of September 11th

MEDIA, Pa, (WPVI) -- September 11th also weighed heavily on the hearts and the minds of people in Delaware County.

County officials held their annual memorial service at Rose Tree Park in Media this morning.

Pennsylvania Senator Pat Toomey was on hand to speak.

Three wreaths were laid during the ceremony.

One each at the park's Law Enforcement memorial, and the park's Firefighter and E-M-S memorials.

A third wreath honored the victims of September 11, and the men and women who have died fighting the war on terror since the attacks.
