PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter had a chance to see the city he governs from a whole new perspective Friday.
Nutter was one of more than a hundred people to rappel down a 31 story office building in Center City.
Each participant raised two thousand dollars.
The money goes toward scholarships for Philadelphia Outward Bound School.
The mayor said his strategy was to take his mind off what he was doing, and to not look down.
