Shooting suspect arrested after traffic stop

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- The suspect in a Wilmington, Delaware shooting was arrested following a traffic stop, police said.

Thomas Rivers, 27, was taken into custody last Wednesday following the stop for a traffic violation.

An arrested warrant was signed earlier in the day for the shooting back on April 3rd.

Rivers was arrested and charged with attempted murder and other offenses.
