Shots fired outside North Philadelphia bar

Police are investigating a shooting outside a bar in North Philadelphia.

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with a shooting outside a bar in North Philadelphia.

The incident happened on April 17 inside Xundu Bar on the 3100 block of North 6th Street.

According to police, a bartender reported hearing gunshots in the bar at 1:15 a.m.

She ducked beneath the bar as an unknown black male walked outside onto Clearfield Street carrying a handgun.

The suspect then fired several more shots towards 6th Street before fleeing the scene.

There were no injuries reported.

Surveillance recovered from the scene shows the suspect showing off his gun inside the bar prior to the shooting.

Police describe the suspect as a black male, 5'8" tall with a thin build, Suni Beard and short hair. He was wearing a black shirt, dark colored coat, and camouflage pants.
