It may be summer break, but that didn't stop dozens of kids from learning Monday.

More than 60 students from kindergarten to 6th grade attended performance based classes at the Kimmel Center.

The classes use art, dance and storytelling to help prepare students for the upcoming school year.

The students were from Bache Martin, Hackett, and Sharswood elementary schools.

This is the third Philadelphia Reads program that the Kimmel Center has hosted.
