Police have made an arrest in the accident that killed a Pennsylvania Turnpike employee last year.

EXTON, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police have made an arrest in the accident that killed a Pennsylvania Turnpike employee last year.

Efrain Jensen was arraigned in Exton today on homicide by vehicle and related charges.

Prosecutors say he drove his tractor trailer into a highway lane that was closed for maintenance in Chester County last June.

Two workers were hit.

One survived but 61-year-old William McGuigan was killed.

The suspect was released today on $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing later this month.
