Police are looking for the suspect responsible for multiple 7-Eleven robberies in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia.

OVERBROOK (WPVI) -- Police are looking for the suspect responsible for multiple 7-Eleven robberies in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia.

The first incident happened around 5:25 a.m. on March 12 at the store located in the 6300 block of Lebanon Avenue.

Police say the suspect was armed with a handgun and yelling when he entered the store.

When the suspect raised the gun towards a 58-year-old employee, that person ran to an office and called police.

The suspect then fled the store without taking anything.

One injury was reported during the incident, but it is unclear on what type of injury.

In the second incident, a 64-year-old clerk was working around 3:07 a.m. on March 23 when a man entered, and jumped over the counter.

Police say once over the counter the suspect pulled a knife and demanded money.

The clerk gave the suspect an unknown amount of money, and then fled the store.

No one was hurt during the incident.

The suspect is described as a black male, 20-years-of-age, 150-160 lbs, with an athletic build.
