Suspected drug dealers arrested during traffic stop in New Castle Co.

ELSMERE, Del. (WPVI) -- Two suspected drug dealers are now behind bars in Elsmere, New Castle County.

William Bacon and Ronald Maddray were pulled over for a traffic violation yesterday.

During a search of their vehicle -- officers found 148 bags of heroin, packaged for sale.

They also found crack cocaine concealed in Maddray's groin area and nearly $150 in drug proceeds.
