Suspects sought in multiple Fishtown burglaries

Philadelphia police are searching for two suspects wanted in connection with multiple burglaries in the city's Fishtown section.

FISHTOWN (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are searching for suspects wanted in connection with two burglaries in the city's Fishtown section.

Both incidents happened back on September 12 on the 2400 block of Aramingo Avenue.

Police say the two suspects first broke into Jay Jewelers by forcing open the rear door shortly after midnight.

Once inside, they stole $5,000 worth of jewelry before fleeing the store.

A few minutes later, the suspects then broke into the National Guard Recruiting Center where they stola a 50" televicion and an XBox 360.

The thieves were spotted on surveillance fleeing the scene in a 4-door dark-colored vehicle.

The first suspect is described as a possible white male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.

The second suspect is described as a possible white male with a bald head.
