SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A suspicious device was found taped under an SUV Saturday in South Philadelphia.
That device was discovered by the children of the car's owner just before noon on the 2600 block of South 10th Street, near Oregon Avenue.
Officers were called to the scene after someone reported the discovery.
The bomb squad responded and, after determining the device was not dangerous, removed it.
The street was blocked until the device was cleared.
There were no reports of any injuries.
Police are working on the assumption it was some kind of neighborhood prank.
