Police say a taxi driver and a passenger were hurt after a crash in Upland, Pennsylvania early Saturday morning.

The accident occurred around 1:00 a.m. when the taxi was traveling north on Interstate-95 just south of the exit for the Commodore Barry Bridge.

The taxi driver says a tractor trailer ran him off the road and kept going.

He says, he was forced off the road, down an embankment and into the marsh.

Both the driver and the passenger were taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The accident is under investigation.
