Teen boy shot, wounded in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Officials say a 16-year-old boy was shot in Wilmington, Delaware.

It happened around 10:30 Saturday night in the 800 block of Vandever Avenue.

Police say the teen was shot in the stomach. He was taken to Christiana Hospital in critical condition.

Three people were taken into custody shortly after the shooting. No word yet on any charges.

Police continue to investigate.
