Teen shot and killed in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A 17-year-old was shot dead in West Philadelphia late Sunday night.

It happened before midnight on the 5900 block of Larchwood Avenue.

The victim had been shot twice when police found him on the front steps of a house.

He was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead.

So far, there are no arrests or word on a motive.
