Toddler survives fall into grease pit

A Wisconsin three-year-old is alive and safe, after falling into a grease pit at a Denny's restaurant.

Last Friday afternoon, the boy and his family were walking in the Denny's parking lot.

His father says the cover on an 8-to-10 foot grease vat wasn't secured and the boy fell in.

The father was able to reach down and grab the boy's jacket.

The family says they haven't decided if they will take legal action.
